Club Card

 

  • There is no cost for the card.
  • The card must be applied for directly at The Devonshire Grassington, collection only.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the application to be processed and your card made ready.
  • The card may only be used by the authorised card holder – “ACH”.
  • The card collects points to 10% of the value spent on each for each food and drink purchase at the Devonshire Grassington. Points can then be used as “cash” at a later date. 1 point = 1 penny
  • A minimum of 500 points (£5.00) is required to “cash in” points.
  • The card gives the “ACH” access to special offers as a Club Devonshire Member. (permission to contact by email required)
  • The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other food offer, discount or promotion outside of Club Devonshire offers.
  • The card is not a cheque guarantee card, debit or credit card.
  • The card is non transferable and remains the property of The Devonshire Grassington which reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw the card at any time.
  • By applying for this card, you agree to your data being stored in line with Grassington Hospitality Ltd data protection privacy policy

Gold Card

 

  • The card costs £75 annually. Failure to renew will mean the card will be deactivated.
  • The card must be purchased directly from The Devonshire Grassington, collection only.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the application to be processed and your card made ready.
  • The card may only be used by the authorised card holder – “ACH”.
  • The card offers a 10% discount off food and drink purchases at the Devonshire Grassington, valid all day Monday to Sunday.
  • Additionally, the card collects points to 10% of the value spent on each food and drink purchase. Points can then be used as “cash” at a later date. 1 point = 1 penny
  • A minimum of 500 points (£5.00) is required to “cash in” points.
  • The card offers the “ACH” a £10 drinks & £20 food voucher annually on their birthday (DOB required & permission to contact by email required)
  • The “ACH” may use the card to reduce the price of rooms by 10% for friends & family staying at The Devonshire when booking direct (excluding school holidays & bank holiday weekends).
  • The card gives the “ACH” access to special offers as a Club Devonshire Gold Member. (permission to contact by email required)
  • The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion outside of Club Devonshire offers.
